We have been staying for 2 nights in this apartment and they were fantastic. Staff was very amiable and affable despite our late arrival.

The apartment was fairly clean and located right by the center of all of the local attractions, the water front for busses and tram's and the promenade.

Staff was amiable, helped us a lot. The location was marvellous and incredible, near most amenities. We were set on the sea front.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed. the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the location was perfect for us, within walking distance of all the attractions. the views from the apartment were amazing. great value for money and a real home away from home.

We stayed 4 nights at Ayrton House Holiday Apartments and absolutely loved it. the apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. the location was ideal, especially for visiting Water World with my 8-year-old son. It was just a few minutes walk across the road from the apartment. the tram station was also conveniently located across the road. the hosts were great and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the apartment had all the necessary facilities and we enjoyed the free wifi and even had the option of using an umbrella on a rainy day. a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We'll definitely be back. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
